THE ROLE
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Store Manager to take full responsibility for the daily operations and performance for one of our new store opening in Xscape, Castleford.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Take full ownership and responsibility for all aspects of store operations
- Lead by example, setting a positive tone and strong work ethic
- Ensure all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (including food safety and sanitation) are strictly followed
- Monitor and drive store sales performance and operational efficiency
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment at all times
- Create effective shift schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels
- Uphold high standards of product quality, customer service, health, and safety
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop part-time team members
- Build, motivate, and maintain a high-performing team culture
- Foster a passionate and supportive working environment where team members can grow
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and comments professionally
- Train team members on drink preparation processes and company policies
- Manage and create engaging content for the store’s TikTok account
- Protect the reputation, stability, and brand image of the store
- Complete any other reasonable tasks assigned by the company
ABOUT YOU
You are:
- Experienced in a managerial or supervisory role within a fast-paced food & beverage environment
- Sales-driven, with the ability to motivate teams to achieve strong performance
- Find different ways to increase sales.
- Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Legally eligible to work in the UK
- Energetic, positive, and proactive, with a strong “can-do” attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent in attendance
- Willing to learn new skills and share your knowledge with both customers and team members
