What You’ll Do
● Prepare and serve premium cocktails, classic cocktails and signature house creations with consistency, speed and precision.
● Deliver exceptional guest service, engaging naturally with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
● Recommend cocktails, wines, spirits and beers that perfectly complement our authentic Indian cuisine.
● Demonstrate flair and confidence behind the bar while maintaining efficiency during busy service periods.
● Ensure every drink is presented beautifully and prepared to the highest standards.
● Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar throughout every shift.
● Work closely with the restaurant floor team and kitchen to ensure seamless guest experiences.
● Monitor stock levels, rotate stock correctly and minimise wastage.
● Receive, check and correctly store deliveries in line with cellar management procedures.
● Ensure all licensing, hygiene and food safety regulations are followed at all times.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
● Previous experience as a bartender in a premium restaurant, cocktail bar or high-quality hospitality venue.
● Excellent knowledge of classic cocktails, modern cocktail techniques, spirits, wines, beers and premium soft drinks.
● Confidence using jiggers, free pouring (where appropriate), shaking, stirring, muddling, layering, garnishing and premium presentation techniques.
● Experience creating consistently high-quality cocktails under pressure while maintaining speed and attention to detail.
● Strong knowledge of cellar management, including stock rotation, keg changing, line care, temperature control, receiving deliveries and maintaining quality standards.
● The ability to keep the bar fully prepared for service through effective mise en place and organisation.
● Excellent product knowledge with the confidence to recommend drinks and upsell naturally based on guest preferences.
● Outstanding communication skills and a warm, approachable personality.
● A calm, organised approach during busy services with excellent multitasking ability.
● High standards of cleanliness, personal presentation and professionalism.
