Are you passionate about sustainability and creating greener homes for the future? We're looking for an Assistant Asset Manager (Sustainability) to join us on a permanent, full-time basis, to help drive Eastlight's journey towards EPC C by 2030 and Net Carbon Zero by 2050.
Working within our Asset Management team, you'll play a key role in delivering carbon retrofit and sustainability programmes across our housing portfolio. From developing business cases and managing projects to engaging residents and partners, you'll help ensure our homes remain safe, energy-efficient, and fit for the future.
You’ll oversee energy efficiency projects, ensure PAS 2035 compliance, manage contracts and budgets, and use data and insight to develop innovative solutions that reduce carbon emissions and improve asset performance.
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in sustainability, carbon reduction, asset management, construction, or housing.
- Retrofit experience and Retrofit Coordinator qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A passion for innovation and delivering positive outcomes for customers and communities.

- £51,607 per annum
- £2,200 car allowance per annum
