Level 3 Supply Teaching Assistant – Holywell
We are currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our supply team, supporting primary schools in the Holywell area.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced teaching assistants who enjoy working in a variety of school settings while making a positive impact on pupils' learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Work with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning.
- Assist pupils with varying learning needs, including those with additional learning needs (ALN) where required.
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
- Support classroom management and pupil engagement.
- Prepare learning resources and assist with classroom activities.
Requirements
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working in a school setting.
- A positive, flexible, and proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
