The Role
We are looking for a dedicated part-time Care Assistant to join our growing team. This is a rewarding role where you will support clients with their day-to-day needs, helping them maintain independence & dignity in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Assisting with meals & hydration
- Supporting with medication
- Offering companionship & emotional support
- Helping with light household duties
- Promoting independence, dignity & wellbeing
What We’re Looking For
- A caring, compassionate & patient nature
- Reliable & punctual with a strong work ethic
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential (full training provided)
- Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle is required
Important Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK
- We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role
- Applicants currently working in the UK on a sponsorship visa are not eligible for this position

- Set rota's to enable a work life balance, we work on a two week rolling rota to enable a work life balance. Week A: Monday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday 3.30pm to 10pm. Week B: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 3.30pm to 10pm

Pay: £12.80-£19.20 per hour
