Summary
We are seeking a Laundry Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all linens and laundry items, contributing to our mission of providing a welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Sort, wash, dry, iron and fold laundry items including linens and towels.
- Ensure all laundry equipment is operated safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness in the laundry area to meet health and safety standards.
- Report any maintenance issues with laundry equipment to management.
- Assist in inventory management of laundry supplies and linens.
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping staff to meet guest needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
