What We Are Looking For:

Main Duties:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various positions within the Residential Childcare sector
- Manage social media platforms to attract and engage potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role
- Full 360 account management
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other selection activities
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
