Door Supervisor – Nightclubs & Bars
Pay Rate: From £14.25 per hour
We are currently recruiting professional and reliable Door Supervisors to work at busy nightclubs, bars, and licensed venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and staff
- Monitoring venue entry and exit points
- Checking identification and enforcing venue policies
- Managing incidents professionally and effectively
- Providing excellent customer service while maintaining a visible security presence
- Working closely with venue management and other security team members
Requirements:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong conflict management and customer service skills
- Previous experience in the security or hospitality sector is desirable but not essential
