Asset Surveyor - GIS
We are currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time position with a competitive pay and benefits package including a salary of £43,448 per year.
Reporting to the Asset Manager, the Asset Surveyor - GIS is responsible for the collection, management, analysis and delivery of accurate geographical and asset data to support effective asset management, investment decision-making and compliance with regulatory requirements.
The role combines asset surveying expertise with the management and development of the organisation’s Geographic Information System (GIS), ensuring that accurate spatial and asset data is maintained and effectively utilised to inform strategic decision-making, enhance customer outcomes and support long-term investment planning.
Working collaboratively across the Property Services, Housing, Development and Digital teams, the post holder will undertake property and land surveys to maintain asset intelligence through mapping and spatial analysis and help to shape work programmes relating to WHQS, compliance, decarbonisation and future asset investment.
To be successful in the role of Asset Surveyor - GIS you will be educated to a degree standard or equivalent in GIS, Construction, Geography, Geospatial Science or related discipline.
