As a Door Supervisor with Ei Security, you'll be a crucial part of ensuring public safety and providing excellent front-line service.
About the Role:
As a Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for all patrons and staff.
- Controlling entry and exit points, ensuring only authorised individuals gain access.
- Conducting ID checks and managing queues efficiently.
- Preventing and de-escalating conflicts and dealing with challenging situations professionally.
- Responding to incidents and emergencies promptly and effectively.
- Working collaboratively with venue staff and other security personnel.
- Upholding licensing objectives and company policies at all times.
- Providing a visible and reassuring presence, offering assistance and information when needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential).
- Previous experience as a Door Supervisor is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong observation and problem-solving abilities.
- A calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
