Your Role:
You'll support people in their own homes to remain independent, safe and comfortable.
This may include:
- Morning and evening routines
- Personal care and hygiene support
- Medication assistance
- Companionship
- Supporting daily activities
You'll travel locally between clients and become part of a friendly, supportive team that's committed to delivering outstanding care.
What We're Looking For:
- A caring and compassionate nature
- A reliable and professional attitude
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow care plans
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday, Sunday or both)
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
