Duties
- Lead and supervise the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold high standards of food production and presentation
- Prepare, cook, and plate a variety of dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency
- Oversee food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper storage practices to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to optimize kitchen efficiency
- Train new staff members on cooking techniques, food safety procedures, and customer service expectations
- Collaborate with management to develop menus that reflect current trends while maintaining quality and profitability

Experience
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen setting with strong culinary skills
- Supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment operation
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety
