Role Overview
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Influencer Outreach Assistant to support our growing influencer and PR operations. This is a hands-on role focused on influencer outreach, campaign coordination, community monitoring, and product sendouts.You'll work closely with the marketing team to identify influencers, manage outreach at scale, track campaign performance, and ensure smooth execution of gifting and PR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct large-scale outreach to creators across Instagram and TikTok.
- Help build and maintain influencer databases.
- Source potential influencer partnerships through inbound DMs and social channels.
- Assist with influencer communications and follow-ups.
- Collect and organise influencer campaign insights and performance data.
- Monitor influencer content and engagement metrics.
- Coordinate influencer gifting, sendouts and PR packages.
Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok.
- Understanding or willingness to learn influencers in fashion industry
- Excellent organisational skills and proactiveness.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data tracking.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Additional Information
- Salary - Experience dependent, starting from £25,000 per annum
- Annual Leave - 20 days plus Bank Holidays
