Experienced Parts Advisor required for a Franchise Dealership £35,000 OTE per annum
As a Motor Vehicle Parts Advisor, you will be the go-to person for assisting customers with their vehicle parts needs. Your core skill in communication will be essential in effectively understanding and addressing customer inquiries. Your relevant skills in Microsoft Excel, phone etiquette, maintenance, and organizational skills will support you in accurately managing parts inventory and providing exceptional customer service. A valid driving license is required for occasional parts deliveries, and your commitment to excellent customer service will ensure a positive experience for all customers
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Organisational skills for parts inventory management
- Valid driver's license for customer deliveries
- Experience in maintenance and vehicle parts is a plus
