Electrician – EICR & Remedials (Subcontract / CIS)
Location: South London
Rate: £300 - £450 per day

We are looking for experienced Electricians for ongoing social housing testing and remedial work across South London.
Duties
- Carry out EICRs in occupied and void social housing properties
- Complete C1, C2 works
- Fault finding and repairs
- Replace accessories, consumer units, smoke alarms and other associated electrical works
- Complete certificates and reports accurately
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition
- 2391 / 2394 & 2395 (or equivalent testing qualification)
- Previous social housing EICR and remedials experience
- Own van, tools and tester
- Full UK Driving Licence
