Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Small Group Personal Training Instructor to join our small team in a female only independent gym
The role will be on a self-employed basis and the ideal candidate will be available to work between one to four sessions each week, benefitting an excellent rate of pay. There will be an option to teach additional small group training sessions for the right candidate and these will be over Monday-Friday
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging small group training sessions that enhance the skills and knowledge of participants. This role requires a strong understanding of instructional techniques and the ability to adapt content to meet the diverse needs of participants. The Training Instructor will play a crucial role in fostering a positive & uplifting environment, building a strong and empowered community of women whilst delivering a fun and safe workout to all.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes tailored to the needs of various audiences.
- Facilitate interactive small group training sessions (pre planned by enHANce coaching) utilising a variety of instructional methods.
- Assess participants progress through evaluations, provide constructive feedback and encourage and motivate participants to get the most to of their training session
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and feedback.
- Continuously improve training materials based on participant feedback and industry best practices.
- Stay updated on trends in training and development to enhance instructional effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer to level 3 standard as a minimum
- Nutrition qualification is desired but not essential
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage participants effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small team while also being self-motivated.
- Proven track record of exceptional punctuality and attendance
