PHINIA is a global leader in the design and manufacture of premium fuel systems, electrical systems, and aftermarket components for internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles and industrial applications.
Working hours:
40 hours per week
Pay rates:
£15.32 per hour basic
£19.07 per hour overtime
£25.42 per hour Sunday overtime
Shift Pattern:
8-hour rotating shift pattern covering Nights, Afternoons and Mornings (10pm-6am, 2pm-10pm and 6am-2pm). The shift pattern will require you to work a 3-shift pattern rotating every 2 weeks as follows:
- 2 weeks – Sunday to Thursday (10:00pm–6:00am)
- 2 weeks – Monday to Friday (2:00pm–10:00pm)
- 2 weeks – Monday to Friday (6:00am–2:00pm)
Key responsibilities:
- Operating CNC machines
- Adapting to repetitive work involving small components
- Checking and testing finished products
- Maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Being punctual and reliable
- Working under pressure to meet production targets
- Adhering to all health and safety policies
