What You’ll Be Doing
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of Grounds Maintenance Operatives to deliver top-tier landscape upkeep across a range of commercial and residential sites.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Hands-on grounds maintenance – mowing, pruning, herbicide application, and more
- Leading and motivating your team to meet deadlines and high standards
- Planning job schedules and allocating daily tasks
- Overseeing the quality and efficiency of all work on site
- Solving on-site operational issues as they arise
- Implementing Health & Safety best practices (ISO9001 & ISO14001 awareness)
- Constantly looking for ways to improve our processes and standards
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- CSCS card
- Full, clean UK driving licence
Desirable:
- NPTC PA1 & PA6 spraying licence
- SSSTS
