Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
- Manage inventory levels by tracking supplies and placing orders as necessary.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic math skills for processing payments.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, showcasing strong hospitality skills.
