The Role
As an Automotive Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing vehicles to the highest standard, ensuring every repair meets both customer expectations and our quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles and panels for painting.
- Mix and colour-match paint accurately.
- Spray repaired panels and full vehicle resprays to a high standard.
- Carry out polishing and final finishing when required.
- Inspect completed work to ensure exceptional quality.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Work efficiently as part of a busy workshop team to meet deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Automotive Paint Sprayer.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, hardworking, and punctual.
- Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.
