We're looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Home Care Assistants to join our growing team supporting older people, individuals living with dementia and adults with physical disabilities across Llangefni and the surrounding area.
Whether you're already working in care or looking for a rewarding new career, we'd love to hear from you. Previous experience is welcome but not essential - we'll provide full training and ongoing support.
What you'll be doing
Every day is different, but you'll be supporting people to live independently in their own homes and within our supported living services.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect.
- Assisting with washing, dressing and personal hygiene.
- Supporting people living with dementia.
- Preparing meals and drinks.
- Administering or prompting medication.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Encouraging independence and helping people achieve their daily goals.
- Working closely with families and colleagues to deliver outstanding care.
What we're looking for

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred due to the community-based nature of the role.
Working hours
We currently have vacancies for:
- Early morning shifts (from 7:00am)
- Evening shifts
- Weekend shifts
Both full-time and part-time hours are available.
