Pressure Makes Diamonds (PMD) is a growing UK fashion and activewear brand, and we’re looking for a confident, energetic and charismatic Female Live Seller / Social Media Presenter to become one of the faces of the brand.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for hosting live shopping sessions across platforms such as TikTok Live, Whatnot and Instagram, showcasing our latest women’s and men’s collections and turning viewers into customers.
We’re looking for someone who can naturally talk to an audience, create excitement around our products and make people want to buy.
You’ll be the face and personality of our live shows.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Hosting engaging live shopping sessions on TikTok, Whatnot and other social platforms
- Presenting and modelling our fashion and activewear products
- Demonstrating the fit, style, material and key features of products
- Talking to viewers and responding to comments in real time
- Building a genuine connection with the audience
- Creating excitement around new drops, offers and promotions
- Encouraging viewers to purchase and helping drive live sales
- Keeping the energy high and the conversation flowing throughout each live
- Helping create a fun, positive community around the PMD brand
- Staying up to date with social media, fashion and TikTok trends
- Working with the team to plan and improve future live shows
- Potentially appearing in short-form content for TikTok and Instagram
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident and comfortable on camera
- Naturally outgoing, bubbly and engaging
- A strong communicator who can hold a conversation naturally
- Passionate about fashion, fitness and social media
- Comfortable selling and promoting products
- Able to think quickly and respond naturally to live comments
- Energetic and able to maintain enthusiasm throughout a live session
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Motivated by sales, growth and hitting targets
- Comfortable modelling clothing and activewear on camera (Not a must)
Previous live-selling experience is preferred but not essential - training will be provided.
Experience in TikTok, Whatnot, retail, fashion, sales, content creation, presenting or social media is a bonus.
Most importantly, we’re looking for personality, confidence and natural selling ability.

Responsibilities
- Host live streaming sessions on social media platforms to showcase fashion products with energy and confidence
- Engage actively with viewers by answering questions, providing styling tips, and encouraging interaction to foster a lively community atmosphere
- Present products clearly, highlighting features, benefits, and styling ideas to inspire viewers’ purchasing decisions
- Manage real-time interactions during broadcasts, including handling comments and addressing viewer inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content themes, promotional campaigns, and special events for live sessions
- Maintain a professional appearance and presentation that aligns with brand standards and fashion trends
- Track sales conversions and gather viewer feedback to optimize future live selling strategies
Experience
- Previous experience in social media management or live selling is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and a passion for fashion are essential
- Strong public relations skills to build rapport with viewers and foster positive community engagement
- Excellent communication skills in the language of the target audience; confident speaking in front of cameras
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms such as Instagram Live, Facebook Live, TikTok, or similar channels
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate live broadcast schedules
- A keen sense of current fashion trends and styling techniques to present products appealingly
