Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a children’s residential service supporting young people with learning disabilities and EBD
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and safeguarding standards
- Promote positive outcomes through structured, therapeutic approaches
- Support, mentor, and develop staff teams
- Maintain high standards of care, behaviour management, and documentation
Requirements:
- Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in children’s residential services (LD/EBD preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- Experience managing behaviours that challenge
- Strong leadership, resilience, and communication skills

- Salary between £60,000 to £67,250 plus bonus package
