Nude Co – East Ardsley, Leeds
We are looking for a confident, professional and enthusiastic Level 3 Beauty Therapist to join the growing team at Nude Co.
Nude Co started as a specialist waxing salon and has developed into a modern beauty, skin and laser clinic. While intimate waxing remains a core part of the business, we are continuing to expand our advanced skin, laser and results-driven treatment offering.
We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with us, grow their own client base and develop their skills as the business continues to expand.
The Role
As a Level 3 Beauty Therapist, you will provide a range of high-quality treatments while delivering an excellent client experience from consultation through to aftercare.
Treatments may include:
- Female intimate waxing, including Hollywood and Brazilian waxing
- Body and facial waxing
- Facials and advanced skin treatments
- Chemical peels
- Microneedling
- Lash lifts and tints
- Brow treatments, tinting and shaping
- Spray tanning
- Laser hair removal following appropriate training
- Other new treatments introduced by Nude Co
You must be comfortable carrying out intimate waxing or be willing and confident to undertake full training in this area.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out treatments safely, professionally and to a consistently high standard
- Complete thorough client consultations and identify contraindications
- Provide appropriate treatment plans and aftercare advice
- Maintain excellent hygiene, infection-control and treatment-room standards
- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat bookings
- Recommend appropriate treatments, courses and retail products
- Work towards individual and salon targets
- Maintain accurate client records
- Support promotions, offers and new treatment launches
- Help create content and confidently promote treatments through social media
- Keep up to date with training, industry developments and treatment protocols
- Work independently when required and take responsibility for the salon during lone-working shifts
- Support the wider team and contribute to the continued growth of Nude Co
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, reliable and well presented
- Confident working with clients on a one-to-one basis
- Willingness to perform intimate waxing
- Comfortable promoting treatments and building your own column
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work independently once fully trained and confident
Desirable:
- Previous intimate waxing experience
- Experience with advanced skin treatments
- Laser hair removal experience
- Experience with lash and brow treatments
- Experience working towards treatment or retail targets
- Existing client base
Working Hours
We are looking for someone with flexibility as Nude Co continues to grow.
Our therapists typically work full-day shifts during the week, including 9am–8pm.
Weekend shifts are generally 9am–5pm.
We own and operate the coffee shop next door, which is open seven days a week, so although therapists may occasionally work independently within Nude Co, there are other members of our wider team on site.

We want someone who is excited to grow with Nude Co rather than simply fill a treatment room.
