Junior Developer
Location: Fleet Street, London - Hybrid, 1 to 2 days per week
Salary: £25k-£35k – dependent on experience
We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Developer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, scaling business where you’ll play a key role in developing and optimising booking journeys for our clients.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to create high-converting booking journeys, support website migrations, and help deliver innovative booking funnel solutions that drive commercial results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Configuring and adapting website designs to meet specific client requirements.
- Working within an agile environment, managing changing priorities and multiple projects.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across product, design, marketing, and client-facing teams.
- Supporting the migration of client websites to our new booking journey platform.
- Building and developing new booking funnel journeys for clients.
- Enhancing existing booking journeys with new features, layouts, and functionality.
- Supporting and implementing A/B tests to improve user experience and conversion performance.
- Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and leveraging new tools to improve efficiency and quality.
- Applying a commercial mindset to development decisions, understanding conversion optimisation and wider business objectives.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Good CSS skills.
- Good JavaScript knowledge.
- Solid understanding of working with WordPress.
- Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and learn quickly.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable
- Experience with Tailwind CSS.
- Experience using Gutenberg blocks within WordPress.
- Familiarity with website testing, analytics, or conversion rate optimisation.
