Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team, working 24 hours nights & 12 hours days per week. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality patient care, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Duties
- Assess patient conditions thoroughly and develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, following established protocols and physician orders
- Monitor patient progress continuously, adjusting care strategies as necessary to optimize recovery
- Lead and mentor junior nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Communicate clearly with patients and their families, explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing emotional support
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient interactions, treatments, and observations in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care delivery
Experience
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a nursing home setting demonstrating strong nursing skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in supervising or mentoring team members effectively
- Experience developing and implementing detailed care plans aligned with patient needs
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and empathetically
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and best practices in patient care

Pay: £20.00-£22.00 per hour
