You’ll be joining a highly skilled and collaborative Internal IT team that is focused on quality, and great customer service to our colleagues in a timely manner, working to find solutions that fit their requirements that contribute to Datel’s success. You’ll be joining the team due to business growth, so you’ll have the support of others in the team.
You’ll report into and work closely with the Business Systems Manager, Ben Midwinter, and work collaboratively with the rest of the Internal IT team which is made up two Internal IT Engineers, an Applications Consultant and a CRM Consultant.
Success will be measured in your ability to work both independently and as part of a team, collaboration with others and the support you provide to our end users. You will be required to provide support to all stakeholders within the business, collaborate with external vendors. We provide the infrastructure and hardware for our colleagues to provide support to our customers and work effectively, both remotely and in the office.
We love to get together and have a calendar of social events to build connection and collaboration across the team. We also care about our community and work closely with Sage’s Foundation offering charity and volunteering opportunities throughout the year.
