Salary: £13.15ph (non qualified) | £14.25ph (Qualified) + sleep in's
Previous experience not required. We are looking for Residential Support Workers who can grow and learn with us providing you have the right personality and share our ethos, values and model of care.
We have several children's homes in and around the Oldbury, West Bromwich, Stirchley & Wolverhampton areas.

Job Requirements
- A Full Manual UK Driver’s License
- A commitment to personal development and the acquisition of professional skills and further qualifications.
- The individual must be resilient, nurturing and empathetic towards young people
- Experience working with Young People within a residential environment is desirable but not essential.
- Diploma or NVQ Level 3 / 4 in Children and Young People’s Workforce is desirable but not essential.
