What You’ll Be Doing
Building and developing client relationships
Winning and managing recruitment opportunities
Sourcing, engaging and placing high-quality candidates
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
Developing talent pipelines within your specialist market
Delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience
What We’re Looking For
Previous recruitment experience
Experience within an agency recruitment environment
Ambitious, commercially minded and relationship-focused
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A collaborative team player who enjoys a social and supportive culture
A desire to learn, develop and progress your career
