What You’ll Be Doing
As a Community Care Worker, you’ll be supporting people during the times they often need it most, evenings and weekends.
Your visits may include:
- Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Helping clients settle in for the evening or start their day on weekends
- Assisting with safe movement and mobility
- Preparing light meals, drinks, or evening routines
- Providing companionship, sometimes a chat is everything
- Supporting independence and daily routines
- Assisting with medication
- Completing short care notes after each visit
No two visits are the same, but every single one matters.
Pay & Benefits
We value our team properly, especially those giving up evenings and weekends:
- £15.20 per hour
- 40p per mile mileage allowance
- Enhanced Bank Holiday pay
- Double pay on Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year’s Day
- Fully paid training & induction (no experience needed)

What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence & access to a reliable vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- No experience required — we’ll train you
