We're looking for a Senior Account Manager who will lead key client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery while driving performance, growth, and continuous improvement across the account.
- Lead and develop strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Ensure operational excellence across services, meeting KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities for contract growth, innovation, and service improvement.
- Manage and support operational teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Deliver financial performance in line with budgets, including forecasting and cost control.
- Proven experience in a senior account management or client-facing leadership role.
- Proven experience within the Water/Legionella industry (ideal for someone moving off the tools)
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive performance and growth.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ideally hold experience using experience in CRM systems such as Gold-Vision/Salesforce
- Full UK Driving License
