We are currently looking for a driven and focused individual to join our operations team as a Service Administrator. You will be working closely with field-based engineering teams and suppliers to ensure maintenance and repair works are delivered in a timely manner, and customer expectations are met. Focus on process and attention to detail will be a key driver to success. This is a full time, office-based role.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting coordinators and management with administrative tasks
- Book in customer assets
- Liaise with sub-contractors
- Raise and process quotation paperwork, delivery notes and shipping paperwork, ensuring company SLAs are met
- Process purchase orders from customers, and raisin purchase orders for suppliers and sub-contractors
- Keep our systems updated at all times with current updates and status’
- General administration tasks needed to support the business
Person Specification
- Excellent administrative skills
- Excellent communicator, who is confident when dealing with people on the phone
- Must be IT literate
