About the Role
OSX Beauty is a growing ecommerce business specialising in one hero product, Hansies, our bestselling reusable makeup-removing gloves.
We're looking for a reliable, motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our small, friendly team on a part-time basis, supporting the day-to-day fulfilment and warehouse operations of the business.
The role will initially be offered on a 12-hour-per-week, three-month temporary contract, with strong potential for extension as we approach the busy Christmas period and beyond. Additional overtime may also be available during busier periods.
The main focus of this role is fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all orders are packed and ready in time for our scheduled carrier collections.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Order Fulfilment
The primary responsibility of the role will be preparing and fulfilling daily customer orders, including:
- Printing customer shipping labels
- Accurately picking and packing each customer's order
- Neatly packing orders into mailing bags and applying the correct shipping labels
- Sorting completed orders into the appropriate carrier sacks ready for collection
- Ensuring all orders are completed accurately and on time for scheduled collections
- Handing completed shipments over to the collection driver
Product Packing & Warehouse Support
Alongside customer order fulfilment, you will also assist with:
- Assembling flat-pack product boxes
- Packing Hansies into their retail packaging
- Sealing and labelling products according to colour
- Carrying out quality checks on every pair of Hansies before packing, checking for marks, damage or manufacturing defects
- Completing stock checks when required
- Organising stock and storage areas
- Supporting general warehouse and operational tasks to keep the day running smoothly
- Breaking down larger cardboard boxes ready for disposal
- Moderate lifting and moving of boxes of stock
Training & Development
Previous warehouse, packing or ecommerce fulfilment experience is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Your first week will be treated as a training period, allowing you to learn our processes and build confidence and speed without performance targets.
Following training, reasonable daily productivity targets will apply. You'll have support from the team to help you work efficiently while maintaining the accuracy and quality standards we expect.
