Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Assistant to join our team in Weymouth. This permanent, full-time position plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our hospitality environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will contribute to the overall guest experience by upholding high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises.
Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure a pristine environment.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented.
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, ensuring all items are cleaned and returned to their designated areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
Qualifications:

No formal education required; however, a basic understanding of cleaning procedures is beneficial.
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is preferred but not essential for entry-level candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues.
