Job Title: After-School Club Practitioner
Location: Ealing, London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM

Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as After-School Club Practitioners. This role is ideal for both qualified practitioners and those aspiring to complete their Level 2 or 3 qualifications in childcare. Opportunities for additional shifts during breakfast, lunch, and holiday camps are available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children during after-school hours.
- Plan and lead a variety of creative, educational, and recreational activities tailored to different age groups.
- Foster positive social interactions and teamwork among children.
- Assist with homework and provide support for academic activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and colleagues regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Adhere to safeguarding and child protection policies to ensure a safe environment for all children.
Qualifications:
- For Qualified Practitioners: Relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3) and experience working with children aged 4-11.
- For Unqualified Applicants: A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to completing a Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification.
