We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our team. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the kitchen staff in food preparation and ensure a clean and sanitary work environment. ```Responsibilities```
- Assist the kitchen staff in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other cooking utensils
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
- Sweep and mop floors to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Follow all health and safety regulations
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a culinary or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Excellent teamwork skills
