Process Engineer
Location: Holmes Chapel, Cheshire CW4 8BE
About the role
As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in developing, optimising, validating and maintaining pharmaceutical manufacturing processes to support safe, efficient and reliable production. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities to improve process performance, enhance manufacturing capability and drive continuous improvement. You will also support technology transfer and process development activities, ensuring processes are robust, scalable and capable of consistently delivering high-quality products.
You will provide technical expertise in troubleshooting manufacturing issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective, sustainable solutions. The role will ensure that processes and activities meet GMP, health and safety, environmental and regulatory requirements, while maintaining a strong focus on process safety and operational excellence. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on manufacturing performance within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.
