Glow Up Kids is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated Senior Telephone Booker to join our growing team.
This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home while helping families across the UK begin their Glow Up Kids journey.
Glow Up Kids is a children’s empowerment brand, dedicated to helping children build confidence, self-belief and unforgettable memories. We create inspiring confidence-building experiences and professional photo shoots for children and families, giving every client an experience they’ll never forget.
We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for working with children and families who can build rapport with parents and consistently convert warm enquiries into appointments.
Previous Telephone Booking Experience is Essential
This is a senior role, so we’re looking for someone with a proven track record in telephone booking, appointment setting or telesales. You’ll be confident speaking with parents, handling objections professionally and consistently achieving booking targets.

You will:
* Have previous telephone booking, appointment setting or telesales experience (essential).
* Be child and family friendly with a warm, caring personality.
* Have outstanding communication skills.
* Be confident speaking with parents and guardians.
* Be target-driven and motivated by earning bonuses.
* Be organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work successfully from home.
* Thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
* Ideally come from a background such as:
* Children’s entertainment
* Childcare or nurseries
* Schools or education
* Performing arts or musical theatre
* Family attractions
* Children’s activities or events.
Your Responsibilities
* Contact warm enquiries generated through our marketing campaigns.
* Speak confidently and professionally with parents and guardians.
* Explain the Glow Up Kids experience and answer any questions.
* Book appointments into our studios.
* Maintain accurate CRM records.
* Deliver exceptional customer service on every call.
* Achieve and exceed booking and attendance targets.
* Help create an outstanding first impression of the Glow Up Kids brand.
What We Offer
