Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property & Operations Co-ordinator on a fixed-term basis to support our property management and operational activities. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for property-related tasks looking after our grade 2* listed building, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate data management, and excellent administrative support. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help maintain efficient property workflows, manage relationships with contractors, and uphold high standards of service delivery.
Duties
- Ensure day to day services (cleaning, health & safety and IT Services) are fulfilled to a high-quality standard
- Manage routine maintenance, cleaning, IT, waste disposal and general building facilities.
- Coordinate and feedback to Operations Director the work of external contractors
- First point of contact for IT support service contractor
- Respond to and follow up emergencies and urgent issues as they arise
Requirements
- Prior office experience demonstrating strong organisational skills and data entry accuracy
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in diverse situations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in property management or related fields is a plus but not mandatory
