Novograf is looking for an experienced and practical Graphics & Signage Installer to join our installation team.
We design, manufacture and install graphics, signage and surface solutions for some of the UK’s best-known brands. Our work takes us into retail stores, restaurants, hotels, banks, offices and other commercial environments across the UK.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in the quality of their work, is comfortable working on customer sites and can represent Novograf professionally while delivering a high standard of installation.
The Role
Working as part of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing a wide range of graphics and signage products at customer locations throughout the UK.
- Vinyl graphics and self-adhesive films
- Window graphics and manifestation
- Internal and external signage
- Wall graphics and wallcoverings
- Architectural films and surface finishes
- Door, counter, furniture and asset wrapping
- Retail and promotional graphics
- Wayfinding and information signage
- Decorative wall and surface panels
- Removal and replacement of existing graphics and signage
- Site surveys, measurements and basic installation assessments where required
You will work from installation drawings, briefs and site information, ensuring work is completed accurately, safely and to the required finish.
What we are looking for
Ideally, you will already have experience working in signage, graphics, vinyl application, shopfitting or a related installation environment.
We are particularly interested in people who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience installing vinyl graphics and/or signage
- Good practical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence working with hand and power tools
- The ability to read drawings, measurements and installation instructions
- A professional approach when working on customer premises
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- A flexible approach to working hours and locations
- A strong understanding of site safety and safe working practices
- A full UK driving licence
- Experience with architectural films, large-format graphics, wallcoverings, window films or retail fit-out installations would be an advantage.
- Relevant qualifications such as CSCS, IPAF or PASMA would also be beneficial, although we are interested in the right practical experience and attitude as well as qualifications.
Travel and working hours
The role is based in Glasgow, with regular travel throughout the UK and working away from home forming part of the position.
Some installations may need to take place outside normal trading hours, including early mornings, evenings or occasional overnight work. Flexibility is therefore an important part of the role.
