We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Microbiologist to join our laboratory team in Dudley, West Midlands.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant microbiology laboratory experience, preferably within a food and/or water testing laboratory, with a strong understanding of microbiological testing, quality standards, and laboratory procedures.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant microbiology laboratory experience.
- Experience in food and/or water microbiological testing is highly desirable.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Microbiology, Biological Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Strong laboratory and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a professional laboratory team.
- Experience working within an accredited/quality-controlled laboratory environment is advantageous.
- Candidates residing in the West Midlands or able to easily commute to our Dudley laboratory are preferred.
- Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
