Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble pizza ingredients with attention to quality and presentation.
- Operate pizza ovens and cooking equipment efficiently to ensure perfect baking results.
- Follow established recipes and food safety standards to maintain consistency and hygiene.
- Assist in meal preparation for all menu items, supporting the overall kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen tools throughout shifts.
- Serve pizzas promptly to ensure guest satisfaction while managing multiple orders during busy periods.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive, energetic atmosphere in the kitchen.
Experience
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar culinary role within a restaurant setting.
- Familiarity with kitchen safety practices and food safety regulations.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking and efficiency.
- Knowledge of pizza-making techniques, including dough handling, topping application, and baking processes.
- Strong understanding of meal preparation procedures and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Previous serving experience is a plus, as it enhances understanding of customer service expectations.
