What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience, helping to create the welcoming atmosphere that keeps people coming back.
Your responsibilities will include:

Providing friendly and attentive service to customers

Taking food and drink orders and serving customers efficiently

Preparing and serving drinks in line with company standards

Supporting live sport, entertainment, quiz nights, and special events

Creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere for all guests

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue

Processing payments and handling customer enquiries

Working as part of a close-knit team to deliver great service during busy periods

Helping with set-up and close-down duties as required
What We're Looking For

You'll be:

A strong team player who enjoys working with others

Reliable, flexible, and willing to get stuck in

Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Passionate about delivering a great customer experience

Available to work evenings, weekends, and busy event periods
Previous experience in hospitality, bars, restaurants, leisure, or customer-facing roles would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
Most importantly, we're looking for people with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to make every visit enjoyable for our customers.
