Based in Roseburn, Disposition is a neighbourhood speciality coffee shop and lifestyle store with seasonally changing menus, general store and workshop space.

What the role entails:
At Disposition, you’ll provide our customers with many things – their daily caffeine fix, preparing food, advice on provisions, homewares and house plants , and hosting workshops. As well as keeping our store and in top condition, you’ll maintain the relaxing atmosphere we’ve strived to create for our customers.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in the independent speciality coffee industry is required.
- A genuine love of coffee, seasonal food, plants and dogs along with experience in a customer-facing environment is essential to us.
- Experience in caring for plants is preferred (at home counts! )
- A bubbly and approachable person who enjoys chatting with customers and an interest in hosting workshops/events.
- Ability to work alone and take initiative
- Available to work throughout our busiest times of year is essential (August festival season, Christmas)
