Mani’s Food Bar is a popular takeaway in Salisbury and we are excited to invite applications for an assistant manager to join our team. We are becoming busier with each week that passes and we need someone to help support our Manager maintain and growing the business.
As an assistant manager you will be part of our essential team; working with the manager to set KPI’s and creating action plans for meeting those targets, maintaining a clean and friendly environment that complies with industry standards, making sure staff are always up-to-date with training and much more! We also offer bonus schemes to our assistant managers!
The ideal candidate will have the following traits;
- Previous operations experience in catering/hospitality business
- Proactive and motivating attitude with respect for all team members
- Ability to plan, prioritise, delegate and organise when required
- Able to offer friendly customer service
- Uses their initiative to get on with self-directed tasks while being able to work as a team and show respect for their colleagues
- Turns up to shifts ready to work, punctuality is key to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
- Attention to detail and pride in the food you and the team put out.
- Able to communicate effectively with customer and colleagues alike
- Flexible working hours including weekends, bank holidays and late night
- Embraces challenges and works efficiently to resolve them
