The Social Work Learning Academy are looking for a Business Support Assistant to join their team. You will play a key role in supporting the continued growth and development of the Academy, helping to ensure the smooth running of administrative and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of administrative and office support
- Accurately Input, maintain and cleanse data
- Maintain records and support IT systems
- Manage a central mailbox and respond to enquiries
- Support the organisation and coordination of meetings
- Provide administrative support to social work teams
- Support performance reporting and data requirements
- Work flexibly, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
We are looking for someone with strong literacy and numeracy skills, who demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The successful candidate will have good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, along with accurate and efficient data entry capabilities. They will be able to manage their workload effectively, prioritising tasks and working to deadlines, and will be a team player with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards.
