Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CSCS Cleaner to join our dynamic team! Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of construction sites, commercial buildings, or designated areas, including sweeping, hoovering, mopping, dusting, window cleaning, deep cleaning, builders and sparkle cleaning
- Use specialised cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively to ensure optimal results
- Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and storage areas to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times, including proper handling of hazardous materials when necessary
- Adhere strictly to the guidelines set by the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Must have full 5 point PPE, cloths, window squeegee and scraper
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, builders/sparkle cleaning with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites or commercial environments
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and pressure washers safely
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and site managers
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Valid CSCS card
