We’re a small, creative team building something unique: every order we send out is part of a bigger story.
We’re now looking for a full-time Fulfilment Warehouse assistant to help keep our kits flowing smoothly from office to doorstep.
The Role
You’ll be at the heart of our daily operations — picking, packing, and shipping customer orders with care and precision.
This is a hands-on, physical role in our York warehouse, perfect for someone organised, practical, and detail-driven.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Operating packing machine
- Packing brick kits and ensuring all parts and extras are included
- Applying labels, tape, and inserts neatly and efficiently
- Printing and attaching shipping labels and tracking numbers
- Updating orders through our online system
- Keeping the workspace organised and tidy
- Helping restock materials (bricks, packaging, leaflets, etc.)
- Occasionally assisting with simple admin or creative prep tasks
You’ll Be Great for This If You:
- Enjoy hands-on, methodical work
- Are reliable, organised, and take pride in getting things right
- Have great attention to detail
- Are comfortable working on your feet and keeping up during busy times
- Are happy working as part of a small, creative team
- Live in or near York, UK, and can work in-house full-time
Previous experience in fulfilment, warehouse, or dispatch work is helpful but not essential — full training provided.
