Job Overview
An opportunity is available to support an independent, outgoing 19-year-old in the Erith area. This role involves providing day-to-day assistance to help maintain independence and support an active, sociable lifestyle.
The individual has cerebral palsy, which affects mobility, and is a confident wheelchair user who enjoys getting out and being part of the community.
Key Responsibilities
You will provide support with:
- Daily routines and independent living tasks, including personal care
- Attending appointments
- Shopping and running errands
- Assistance with general life/admin (“adulting”) tasks
- Accessing college, the community and social activities
Hours
- Mornings and afternoon/ evenings, up to 8 hour shifts
- Flexible hours available (16-40 hours per week) – the focus is on finding the right person rather than filling set shifts
