We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team and help us attract the best early years professionals to maintain our excellent standards.
Role Overview:
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring passionate early years professionals to join our growing nursery team. You will work closely with nursery managers and HR to ensure that we bring in the best talent aligned with our values and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract nursery practitioners and support staff through various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
- Candidate Screening: Review applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Hiring Process Management: Coordinate interviews, liaise with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Job Advertising: Write and post engaging job descriptions to attract top talent.
- Database & Records Management: Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
- Employer Branding: Promote Raphael Nursery as a great place to work and attract high-quality candidates.
